John S. Lingo PC, LLO

I was born and raised in North Platte, NE and graduated from St. Pat's High School. I came to Omaha to Creighton University where I majored in Psychology and went on to law school. In undergrad, I was in the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity (pledge class pres, rush chairman and fraternity president). In law school, I competed nationally in moot court and was the first class speaker at our hooding (graduation) ceremony. I passed the bar on my first try and began practice that year (1990).

I have always done workers' compensation and personal injury work. I formed my own solo law firm in 2002 and have focused only on those areas since that date. I have always been rated "AV" (highest possible rating) in Martindale-Hubbel, a legal rating service performed by my fellow lawyers.

I have been married for 25 years and our 3 kids are grown and in college. Our only son is also a reservist in the United States Marine Corps (Lance Corporal). I coached all of our kids in sports (volleyball, soccer, basketball, football, and baseball). I enjoy fishing, hunting and all sports in my spare time.
