Law Office of Roberto Ambrosino PLLC

As a San Antonio criminal defense attorney, I know what it's like to suddenly end up on the wrong side of the law. In college, my own driver's license was suspended because of traffic tickets I could not afford to pay. This experience inspired me to help those who may not be able to afford legal counsel and to educate them about their rights under Texas law.

I have always been on the side of the ordinary citizen. In my practice, I have helped hundreds of accused individuals throughout San Antonio, South Texas and surrounding counties. Within these counties I have successfully acquitted, dismissed, reduced, or deferred many criminal charges against my clients. I have also never worked as a prosecutor or in a government office; my loyalties lie with individuals like you who are being prosecuted by the government.

I was raised in Uniontown, Pennsylvania by my father, an Italian immigrant, and mother, a cancer survivor. Throughout college, I worked hard attending courses full-time while balancing full-time jobs at various restaurants. After college, I attended Texas Tech University School of Law on a scholarship and interned at the Innocence Project of Texas, an experience that inspired me to focus on the actual innocence of the accused.

My humble beginnings help me relate to my clients. If you have been accused of a crime, it is imperative that you have a dedicated attorney who will not only fight for your case, but get to know you individually and act in your best interest.
