QBS Law S.C. has been providing high quality legal expertise to the Dodge County community since 1902. Our firm is one of only two in Dodge County rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, a national rating and referral service of the legal profession. This rating reflects that individual members of the firm have achieved the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards of practice.
We are the oldest continuing firm in Dodge County, having been established by Attorney George Swan in 1902. Ernest P. Strub joined Mr. Swan in practice in 1946 and the firm became known as Swan & Strub. Frank D. Woodworth joined the firm as an associate in 1958 and became a shareholder in 1960. At the same time, Judge William O'Connell retired from the bench and joined the firm, and the name became Strub, Woodworth and O'Connell. Frank Woodworth died in 1992, after an eighteen-month battle with cancer.
