Definition - What does Attorney Work Product mean?
Attorney work product is the material that is compiled as a direct consequence of an attorney taking note of a case and the facts contained within as given to them by the plaintiff or the defendant in an action. The work product includes any written material that is made noting the case and the follow up actions that resulted from the initial facts. It can also include any phone conversations that occur between the attorney or their office and any party whom contact was made directly as a consequence of the case at hand.
