Child enticement may be defined as a conduct, act, an attempt or a conspiracy to conduct a certain act that would be charged under criminal sexual offense (against a child). In simple words, it is a crime that includes luring a child into a car, a building, a secluded place or any other place with the malicious intent of committing some sexual act.
