Definition - What does Entry mean?

Entry can refer to the process of including into a record notations that come up in that regard, such as entry into a record.

It could also mean the right to access a piece of property by someone that does not own it, such as the right a tenant has over the property they rent. When a tenant accesses the property, it is termed "entry."

Justipedia explains Entry

Entry can be restricted though covenants in a lease, and can be withdrawn if a person does not comply with their obligations such as making a rent payment. Also, if any information is written into a legal record, in terms of an entry, it cannot be removed.
