Fair Use

Justipedia explains Fair Use

Fair use can be explained with a simple example. Consider a teacher who prints out an image from Time Magazine with an aim to show the students of his class the current scenario in Africa (fair use). If the teacher uses the image and other content in a book, (without giving royalty) then this may be referred to as unfair use.
