Justice

Definition - What does Justice mean?

Justice is the state of being right and fair, i.e. a sense of equality that is to be enjoyed by all citizens. Even though it is not quantifiable, the idea of justice is what's at the core of the legal system.

It is when justice is undermined that the courts intervene to dictate the measures that a person should have taken and compare them to what actions were undertaken.

Justipedia explains Justice

When all things that relate to being free and the rights of citizens exist, justice is said to exist.

Laws are created to show what is equitable in any situation. Justice can be considered to be something that is gained or that exists when something is right or equal.
