Adam Butler is an associate in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Warmath & Dale. Butler maintains a diverse practice at the firm with an emphasis in Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Family Law, Appellate Advocacy, Workers Compensation and Civil Litigation. Butler also proudly serves the State of Arkansas as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the 2nd Judicial District, which includes Greene County.
A native of Paragould, Butler is a 1994 graduate of the former Ridgecrest High School in Paragould and the University of Arkansas, where he received a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He earned his juris doctorate in 2002 from the University Of Arkansas School Of Law at Fayetteville.
Butler practiced law in Central Arkansas for eight years, three of those as a staff attorney for a nonprofit, Disability Rights Center in Little Rock, and the latter five years as a founder and partner in the North Little Rock law firm of Butler & Green. He is admitted to practice before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Butler is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Prosecuting Attorneys Association
