Adam M. Henry
A native of Fort Wayne, Adam has counseled clients in a wide array of corporate and personal matters since 2008. Nearly half of his time is spent assisting clients with the formation of business entities and advising on issues including sales, acquisitions, contracts and real estate transactions. His clients include small to medium-sized businesses. When not serving the needs of his business clients, Adam represents clients in State and Federal Court on matters ranging from police and municipal liability, commercial and construction litigation, automobile negligence, criminal defense, divorce, custody and adoption. Since 2013, he has served as counsel for the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association of Fort Wayne and the Kendallville Police Officers Benevolent Association, Inc. Adam also understands the estate planning needs of his clients and advises them on issues including wills, powers of attorney, living wills and guardianships.
