Adam S. Affleck
Adam Affleck’s practice focuses on trial and appellate work involving bankruptcy, real estate, contracts, secured transactions, fraud, trade regulation and antitrust.
His bankruptcy experience includes representation of creditors, trustees and debtors in all aspects of liquidation and reorganization proceedings. Mr. Affleck has published and lectured on topics concerning creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. Brigham Young University, School of Law, J.D., with honors, 1989 Member and articles editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review Legal Writing teaching assistant Boise State University, B.A. in English, with honors, 1986. Mr. Affleck's prior professional experience includes a private law practice in Salt Lake City and three years of service as a law clerk for two bankruptcy judges in the Eastern District of California. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Utah and California.
