Alexander C. Vincent is a shareholder in the Commercial Litigation Department of Shulman Rogers. He represents both companies and individuals in a wide variety of business litigation matters, including contract and partnership disputes, hotel management agreement disputes, disputes between owners of closely held businesses, misappropriation of trade secrets, and commercial debt collection. More recently, Mr. Vincent has begun developing a specialty in hotel and restaurant litigation. In 2011, he was part of a team at Shulman Rogers that won a jury-trial verdict of nearly $3 million on behalf of a prominent hotel management company in litigation involving the hotel owner’s breach of a hotel management agreement. Although the bulk of Mr. Vincent’s practice is in Maryland courts, he is licensed to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia and litigates in those jurisdictions as well.
