Andrea C. Sconzo is an associate at KSP Law. She handles personal injury, ADA Compliance, and general civil litigation matters. Ms. Sconzo is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2013. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.Prior to joining KSP Law, Ms. Sconzo was an insurance defense attorney for workers compensation claims. She handled a large volume of work-related bodily injury cases from pretrial to settlement and maintained successful negotiations between the insurance companies and the injured workers.While attending law school, Ms. Sconzo was a member of the Moot Court Board and presented oral arguments on constitutional law and criminal procedure matters. In 2013, she was named a Regional Champion by the American Bar Association for her oral arguments at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, through the University of Miami Immigration Clinic, she provided pro bono legal services to low-income immigrants affected by deportation and asylum proceedings. From 2011 through 2013, Ms. Sconzo also clerked for a maritime law firm in Miami, Florida.Andrea was born and raised in Miami, Florida; and she is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association.
