Andrew D. Gowdown
Andrew Gowdown focuses on helping his clients with their complex personal injury cases. From traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death to products liability andtrucking accidents, Andrew’s clients benefit from his experience and drive to see these cases through to a successful resolution. In addition to handling various types of personal injury cases, Andrew also represents clients in business and securities litigation matters.
Knowing that he wanted to make a difference, Andrew applied his talents to the legal profession. Graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law, he served as the Editor in Chief of the University of Dayton Law Review and authored the article, "The Noneconomic Damages Cap of Ohio Revised Code Section 2744.05(c)(1): Legislative Usurpation of the Constitutional Right to Trial by Jury," 22 U. Dayton L. Rev. 283 (1997).
