Anne M. Landrum
Ms. Landrum joined the firm as a partner in 2001 after 13 years of private practice in general liability defense. Ms. Landrum’s practice includes liability, aviation litigation, products liability, insurance coverage disputes and other liability defense matters. She has defended and counseled private and commercial property owners, non-profit corporations, religious institutions and their insurers on their duties and liabilities to tenants, guests, customers, members and employees for injuries arising out of negligent hiring and retention, negligent supervision, assaults and other dangerous conditions on property. Ms. Landrum has experience in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Between 1985 and 1988, she served as a state court prosecutor in the Clayton County Solicitor’s Office, where she gained extensive experience in courtroom litigation and appellate work.
