Arthur A. Shwab
Arthur Shwab, the newest member of our firm, comes to us with a diverse and dynamic background. After working as a summer associate for our firm in 2009 and 2010, Arthur served as Judicial Extern to Judge Karen A. Overstreet of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington. During his time in law school, he served as the Student Bar Association Alumni Representative and participated in the Street Law Program, teaching students at Cleveland High School. From 2009–2011, he served on the Seattle Human Rights Commission, chairing the Public Safety Committee toward the end of his term. Prior to law school, Arthur worked as an immigration case manager with Catholic Refugee & Immigration Services in Seattle and socioeconomic development intern at Catholic Relief Services in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Arthur is an active member of Seattle’s Jewish community. He speaks Russian and Spanish.
