Ms. Bowermaster has worked extensively on family and divorce related cases involving children. Her skills in researching and motion drafting have helped the firm's clients reach successes in jurisdictional battles (fights over which state should hear the case), custody disputes and asset division. Her practice focuses on divorce and family cases.
Helping clients keep their unique family balance during a court action is crucial to my practice. Having worked both for the Administration Children Services (ACS) and the Children's Law Center I understand that maintaining a healthy and supportive environment for children during a divorce is vital to resolving any and all children related issues, like custody.
After law school, I volunteered at the New York State Court's Access to Justice Program, a state program that helps New Yorkers in the midst of the uncontested divorce process.
