BENJAMIN R. JONES
Ben practices with the firm’s Labor and Employment Section where he advises both public and private sector clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including employee benefits and executive compensation, discrimination and retaliation litigation, hiring and termination practices, grievance arbitration, employee handbooks and policies, and constitutional law. He also practices in the areas of municipal and school law. Previously, Ben worked in the Office of General Counsel for the Metropolitan Council and the Wisconsin Department of Justice in the Civil Litigation Unit.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a B.A. in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate cum laudefrom the University of Wisconsin Law School. Ben was also a member of the Moot Court Board and an intern for Dane County Circuit Court Judge Richard Niess. In recognition of his volunteer work while in law school, Ben was inducted into the Wisconsin Pro Bono Society.
