Benjamin S. Wagner
Benjamin S. Wagner is a shareholder at the firm and has been a member of the firm since 2003. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003 and also received the Phillips Owens Memorial Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community service. Mr. Wagner has successfully tried numerous cases throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Due to his significant trial experience and success, he has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and as an advocate by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy, and listed in the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 editions of Best Lawyers in America for personal injury litigation.
Mr. Wagner is the President-Elect of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of the Legal Aid Society of Wisconsin, and a former president and board member of the Milwaukee Young Lawyers. He is the past Treasurer and Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, and currently serves as its Vice President. Mr. Wagner is a former board member of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., and currently serves on the Board of Jewish Family Services and also the Board of Directors of Safe & Sound, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to reducing violent crime in communities; he is a member of the Board of Directors of Discovery World in Milwaukee, and also the Neuroscience Center Advisory Board of the Medical College of Wisconsin. His commitment to supporting neuroscience research was recently highlighted in the Medical College of Wisconsin newsletter.
