Benjamin W. Loving
During law school, Mr. Loving was selected and completed an extended clerkship with the Honorable Marc L. Lubet, Circuit Judge, Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County, Florida. During his time with Judge Lubet, Mr. Loving gained valuable insight into the judicial process. After the completion of his clerkship with Judge Lubet, Mr. Loving focused primarily on Personal Injury litigation as an intern with a well-known Orlando law firm. Through his internship, Mr. Loving gained experience assisting partners of the firm in a variety of civil and criminal cases.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Loving was invited to join the firm’s Personal Injury division, where he spent several years devoting his practice to personal injury litigation, including: auto accidents, slip and fall matters, premises liability cases, Civil Rights violations, and medical malpractice suits. During his time with the firm, Mr. Loving worked on several high-profile cases, including co-chairing a five-day trial in Federal Court that resulted in an award of $880,000 against a local government agency in favor of Mr. Loving’s client.
