Bianca M. Rucker
Bianca Rucker is a bankruptcy, foreclosure and commercial litigation attorney. She has concentrated experience in bankruptcy, and focuses on trustee, creditor and complex-debtor representation. Rucker’s experience includes pursuing fraudulent transfers of real and personal property, preference litigation and denials of discharge; identifying and investigating valuable claims and assets for liquidation; and assisting a trustee in determining and exercising corporate ownership interests that are property of debtors’ estates.
Rucker’s recent experience includes representing a Receiver in a chapter 11 bankruptcy case; obtaining court approval of a chapter 7 trustee’s sale of multi-million dollar, special use property; and assisting a chapter 7 trustee in the investigation of more than twenty business entities and the liquidation of real property in multiple states. Additionally, Rucker’s representation of a chapter 7 panel trustee to deny discharge and avoid fraudulent transfers was the subject of reported case Jacoway v. Svetc (In re Svetc), 2014 Bankr. LEXIS 2109 (Bankr. W.D. Ark. 2014).
