Brandon M. Allen
Brandon had eight years of experience at a general practice law firm prior to joining Freund, Freeze & Arnold. Brandon has handled a wide variety of legal issues from landlord/tenant matters, small business (LLC) formations and maintenance, misdemeanor criminal cases and post-conviction expungements, to real property issues and nearly every facet of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Brandon has a particular focus on civil litigation defense work, probating estates, as well as general estate planning (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives, Trusts, Transfer-on-Death instruments, etc.). Brandon believes that civil litigation is a means for individuals to resolve disputes, and not to inflame them.
