Biography:Brian A. Tucci's practice focuses on all aspects of debtor representation, including Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, where he assists individuals and commercial entities eliminate and restructure debt. Mr. Tucci also counsels clients on a host of issues relating to debt management including direct settlement and work outs with commercial banks and lenders.
Mr. Tucci also appears regularly on behalf of Chapter 7 Trustees in the District of Maryland, where he litigates various matters in liquidation proceedings, including avoidance, turnover, sale, and other actions.
In addition to debtor and trustee work, Mr. Tucci also appears regularly in state courts across Maryland on behalf of individuals charged with various crimes and traffic offenses, including DUI, suspended and revoked licenses, negligent/reckless driving, drug offenses, theft, assault, and other charges.
Prior to joining Goren, Wolff & Orenstein, Mr. Tucci worked briefly in a local practice focusing on immigration law, and during law school clerked for the Office of the Public Defender.
