Brice M. Timmons
Brice Timmons practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, zoning and land use law and alcohol regulatory law. He has been admitted to practice before all courts of the state of Tennessee. He represents clients in alcohol regulatory matters involving the Treasury Department’s Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, the Shelby County Land Use Control Board and the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverages Commission. Mr. Timmons has also represented clients with specific interests in zoning legislation before the Shelby County Commission and Memphis City Council.
Mr. Timmons received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Memphis in 2007. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Mr. Timmons was presented the Dean’s Award for Excellence, Best Brief, the Lewis Powell Medal for Excellence in Oral Advocacy (ACTL) and the Dean’s Award for Excellence, Best Oral Advocate.
