Brittany Boykin is a litigation attorney representing the interests of insurance carriers, individuals and businesses. She has a wide practice, which includes defending personal injury claims, construction defects, and trucking and transportation matters. Brittany has tried numerous cases to juries throughout the state. She has been recognized as a rising young attorney in South Carolina and the Southeast.
A College of Charleston alumna, Brittany remained in Charleston for law school. While attending the Charleston School of Law, she served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Board and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Brittany previously served as Vice-President of the Charleston School of Law Alumni Association and was appointed to serve on the CLE Seminars and the Practice and Procedure Committees of the South Carolina Bar. She actively participates with the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers’ Division and was selected for the 2015 South Carolina Bar Leadership Academy. Brittany previously served as Vice-Chairman of Fields to Families, a local non-profit that works with local farms to fight hunger by providing fresh produce to local food banks, shelters, churches and soup kitchens.
