Richard worked for the firm during college and law school giving him a huge advantage in beginning his practice. His over 35 years of practice has been rewarding to him personally as he has assisted hundreds of individuals achieve their goals. He has also been active in Bar Associations. He is currently on the governing board of the Utah Association for Justice, and has been since 1979. He served as its President in 1985, after only six years of practice. He is actively involved with the American Association for Justice as a Delegate or Member of its Governing Board, and has been since 1982. Richard has also been active in serving with the Utah State Bar.Although Richard has had much success in trying and settling cases, recovering substantial verdicts and awards for his clients, he would consider his greatest achievement to give each individual represents a voice in the civil justice system. Richard is known for his strong work ethic, love of people and power of discernment.
