Caitlin joined Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett in 2014. Her practice area focuses on claims arising under the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, the Jones Act, and the War Hazards Compensation Act. Caitlin also has substantial experience representing clients in maritime personal injury defense, insurance coverage disputes, asbestos litigation, and maritime-related arbitration and mediation. Prior to practicing, Claimant attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she graduated with a concentration in Civil Law, and certificates in Common Law and International Law. Caitlin was, and still is, actively involved in the Loyola Moot Court Program. She devotes her free time to maintaining an active presence in various Bar Associations, the St. Thomas Moore Inn of Courts, the Order of Barristers Honor Society, WISTA, and the Association of Women Attorneys, among others.
