Caleb M. Oken-Berg
Caleb M. Oken-Berg’s practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce/dissolution, domestic partnership issues, complex asset divisions, parenting plan and child support modifications, child custody (including international child custody issues and child abduction), parentage actions, adoption, and LGBT-specific legal issues. Caleb routinely presents on family law topics to other practitioners, law students, and community members throughout Washington State. He is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington.
Caleb speaks Spanish and French, and has worked in Nicaragua, France, Ireland, and Belgium. In Nicaragua, Caleb worked directly with Spanish-speaking attorneys and clients at the Universidad Centroamericana’s legal clinic. In 2015, Caleb founded a pro bono family law legal clinic for patients and community members associated with the Sea Mar Community Health Center in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle.
