CANDICE A. GARCIA-RODRIGO began her legal career in 2004 as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Vincent B. Garcia & Associates and continued as an Associate Attorney, where she practiced family law, and civil litigation. In 2008, she began working as an Associate Attorney for Betty Auton-Beck, A Professional Law Corporation. Her practice focused on Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Corporations, Contracts, Business Transactions, Civil Litigation and Real Estate Transactions. She continued her employment at Betty Auton-Beck, APLC as a Senior Attorney supervising other associate attorneys' and legal staff.
Mrs. Garcia-Rodrigo earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in legal studies at Chapman University in 2003. In 2006, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, College of Law, where she received several awards for her excellence in her studies. Thereafter, in 2007 Mrs. Garcia-Rodrigo took and passed the California Bar Examination on her first attempt. She then earned her Master of Public Administration from University of La Verne in 2008 and her Master of Science, Leadership and Management from University of La Verne in 2009.
Mrs. Garcia-Rodrigo has published an Article entitled, AN ANALYSIS OF AND ALTERNATIVE TO THE RADICAL FEMINIST POSITION ON THE INSTITUTIONOF MARRIAGE, in the Journal of Law and Family Studies, a copy of which may be found at http://epubs.utah.edu/index.php/jlfs/article/view/88. She continues to write articles for young lawyers, which have been published by the ABA Law Trends & News practice newsletter.
