Carla assists employers with daily personnel issues, including the hiring, discipline, and termination of employees and the development and implementation of employee policies and handbooks. Carla has represented clients in cases filed in federal and state courts and in proceedings before various state administrative agencies, and she is experienced in defending charges before the EEOC.
