Casandra Ringlespaugh focuses her practice on family law matters, education law, civil litigation, and appellate work. She represents clients throughout Indiana in divorce, child custody/parenting time, child support, guardianships of minors and/or incapacitated adults, paternity actions, contempt, post-decree-modifications, relocations, protective orders, grandparent rights, appeals, and many other family law issues. Casandra also represents families in education law matters under Article 7 (IDEA), where she assists children in receiving a fair and appropriate education (FAPE), in actions regarding child find; Individualized Education Program (IEP) disputes; Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) disputes, Due Process and section 504 hearings under state and federal law, as well as bullying disputes, wrongful expulsions, and more.
