Charles Epps (Charlie) Ipock
Charlie’s diverse educational and workplace background, coupled with his local roots, have prepared him to handle complex litigation through listening and engaging his clients throughout the litigation process.
Charlie obtained his Bachelor of Science from NC State where he graduated magna cum laude and gave the commencement address for his department at the graduation ceremony. Soon thereafter, Charlie and his wife—Dr. Virginia Clyburn-Ipock of Lee County—moved to San Antonio, Texas, both to further their educations.
While at St. Mary’s University School of Law, Charlie was elected the Editor in Chief of the schools flagship law review while simultaneously publishing three law review articles—two of which have been cited multiple times by national legal publications. Charlie also honed his trial skills while working for the prestigious Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals based out of New Orleans, Louisiana, studying trial advocacy, and working for one of the busiest probate courts in the state of Texas.
