Christina M. Bruno
Christina M. Bruno is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. Ms. Bruno practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures, Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases, and title insurance litigation. Ms. Bruno has considerable experience handling foreclosure and bankruptcy matters for national mortgage companies including contested foreclosure litigation as well as negotiating and implementing settlements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. She also advises clients of availability of insurance claims and works with insurance counsel to ensure her clients’ interests are protected. She is admitted to practice before Indiana State Courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Ms. Bruno received her law degree from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law – Indianapolis in 2007 where she participated in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition and studied abroad in Strasbourg, France and Dubrovnik, Croatia. She graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and minors in French and sociology. As part of her undergraduate education, Ms. Bruno studied language and art history in Paris, France.
