Christina M. Spencer
Christina Spencer joined Freund, Freeze & Arnold in 2014. Her primary areas of practice include medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, and nursing home defense. She also practices in criminal law and business litigation. Christina received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2014 and her B.A. from Oberlin College in 2011. As an undergrad, Christina double majored in Law & Society and Politics. She was also captain of the Oberlin College Varsity Women’s Basketball team. While in law school, Christina was an Executive Editorial Board member of the Law Review.She also was a member of the inaugural cohort of Dean’s Fellows. Christina is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association. Currently, she serves on the Editorial Board for the Dayton Bar Association’s Bar Briefs. Additionally, Christina is a member of the Red Shoe Society of Dayton, an organization dedicated to building awareness of the Ronald McDonald House of Dayton. She also provides assistance to female inmates at the Montgomery County jail through Montgomery County’s START program.
