Christopher C. Romeo
Christopher C. Romeo, who previously served as an assistant public defender in Transylvania, Henderson, and Columbus Counties, N.C., now focuses his practice on criminal and personal injury cases. Chris earned his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, and his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where he minored in Italian Studies. As an undergraduate, he also studied at the Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy. Chris is admitted to practice before all state courts in South Carolina and North Carolina, as well as the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina. He serves as a member of the South Carolina and North Carolina bar associations, the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the Charleston Lawyers Club.
A native of Hendersonville, N.C., Chris currently resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Morgan Elizabeth Lee Romeo, their young son Charlie, and their two dogs, Koa and Bass.
