Chris joined the Gross & Romanick team in 2007 and became a partner of the law firm in 2014. Chris provides general counsel to the firm’s business clients, handling a wide range of legal matters including entity formation and organization, buying and selling businesses, leasing and real estate transactions, employment matters, general contract review, commercial disputes and disputes between business owners. Chris also supports the firm’s civil litigation practice and represents the firm’s commercial landlord clients with regard to leasing transactions and litigation. Chris takes great pleasure in helping small business owners establish their enterprises and navigate the many legal hurdles of business ownership. Chris has drafted, reviewed and negotiated countless partnership agreements, business purchase agreements, commercial leases, employment contracts and other commercial contracts. Chris is a lifelong resident of Fairfax County, Virginia and currently resides in Fairfax with his wife and two sons.
