Clarrisa R. Chenoweth
Clarissa focuses her litigation practice on representing clients in cases assigned to the Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division and in the Court of Chancery and IP litigation in District Court. She has handled matters related to fiduciary duty, appointment of custodians, and books and records. Clarissa also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in matters related to intellectual property rights at the federal court level. As a clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Slights III and the Honorable Charles E. Butler, Clarissa is strongly grounded on the Delaware court system.
Clarissa’s success as a litigator is rooted in law school where she was named the “Best Advocate” in the preliminary rounds of the 2011 National Civil Trial Competition in Los Angeles. She also was admitted to the National Order of Barristers and received the Shalom Moot Court Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
