Courtney Schneider is an associate with Cundy & Martin and devotes 100% of her practice to family law. Ms. Schneider represents clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, paternity actions, and orders for protections. She advises clients on issues relating to child custody and parenting time, property division, child support, spousal maintenance, enforcement of orders, and modification of orders relating to custody, parenting time and support. Prior to joining Cundy & Martin, Ms. Schneider was a law clerk in Hennepin County Family Court, where she learned first-hand how judges decide family law cases. During her time as a law clerk, she revised the Family Law Section of the Minnesota Judge Handbook and led training sessions for fellow law clerks regarding the contempt process in Family Court. Ms. Schneider also serves on the Board of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and on the Board of the Family Law League. In 2014, Ms. Schneider was recognized with the President’s Award by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts for her contribution and commitment to the organization’s mission of improving the lives of all children and families through the resolution of family conflict.
