Craig H. Parker
CRAIG H. PARKER received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in 1990, his M.B.A. from Seton Hall University in 1992, and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. He began his career as a law clerk for the Union County Prosecutor’s office. Mr. Parker is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American and New Jersey Bar Associations.
Mr. Parker represents local and national construction contractors, surety companies and public and private universities in transactional and civil litigation matters. Mr. parker is involved in all facets of the construction process from pre-bid to project close-out to the prosecution of affirmative claims in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals.
