Craig Howe’s law practice focuses on civil litigation matters at both trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. He has extensive litigation experience in many practice areas, including construction, real estate, employment, landlord/tenant, banking, consumer financial services, insurance, bankruptcy, partnerships, and general commercial disputes.Mr. Howe is a graduate of the University of Utah (B.A., Cum Laude, 1991), where he was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C. (J.D., Magna Cum Laude, 1996), where he served as an Editorial Assistant of The Catholic University Law Review. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Russell W. Bench on the Utah Court of Appeals. Mr. Howe has also served as a judge pro tempore in the Small Claims Division of the Third Judicial District Court. Mr. Howe is admitted to practice in Utah state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
