Daniel L. Fox, Esq. is a Junior Partner and also heads up the PIP Division out of the Miami office. He covers matters in MiamiDade and Monroe counties. Daniel has conducted numerous depositions and examinations under oath, prepared and argued Motions for Summary Judgment. He has taken EUOs of claimants on all issues ranging from clarifying the facts of loss to investigating fraudulent claims and staged accidents. He is very familiar with the judges in Miami and Broward counties. He also devotes his practice to auto, bodily injury, coverage, general liability and premises liability matters. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. He is admitted in Florida (2007) and Texas (2008). Daniel recently spoke at the Medical Claims Defense Network seminar on the various tactics, including good faith Proposals for Settlement, to obtain attorney’s fees from Plaintiffs. He will be speaking at the Florida Liability Claims Conference sponsored by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association on loopholes in the PIP statute that may be problematic if litigation arises.
