Ms. Callahan currently focuses her practice on consumer bankruptcy, personal injury, and employment law. Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Callahan was employed as an attorney in two law firms, both specializing in bankruptcy and litigation. Ms. Callahan also spent time in law school as a law clerk for a boutique employment law firm, which focused on executive advocacy and discrimination. In her position as a law clerk, Ms. Callahan drafted legal documents such as complaints and charges, as well as client chronologies and letters. For over three years, Ms. Callahan was employed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in the Clerk’s Office for Suffolk County. This experience gives her a unique perspective relating to complex litigation and procedural posture of cases.
