Danya Fullerton has been a criminal defense attorney with J. W. Carney, Jr. since 2011. Ms. Fullerton graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2011, where she was a note editor on the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She earned the Dean’s Award in Family Law in the Fall of 2010. During law school, Ms. Fullerton interned with New Hampshire’s Office of the Attorney General in the Criminal Justice Bureau, where she supported attorneys prosecuting major crimes at the trial and appellate levels. She also worked at the National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership, where she conducted research, drafted manuscripts, and assisted lawyers and physicians at medical-legal partnerships nationwide in preparing articles for submission to scholarly journals. Ms. Fullerton gained further experience during law school at the United States Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, and at the Mental Health Legal Advisors Committee.
