His civil litigation practice primarily includes contract disputes, tort actions, collections, and complex land title claims. This practice is diverse and scalable, from claims as small as $10,000 to those ranging into the millions of dollars in damages. Mr. Glod has tried cases to juries in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Glod also handles transactional matters including business organization and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation and drafting. He is actively involved in counseling entrepreneurs and startups at the Cambridge Innovation Center, a shared office facility for growing technology and life sciences companies.
