Mr. Dubin began practicing law at Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon in New York City in 1982 in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice expanded when he joined this firm in 1988 to include frequently representing clients on a broad range of real estate and business transactions. His practice also includes estate planning for individual clients. He has continued to litigate in state and federal courts, including numerous complex commercial cases of national importance. For the past twenty years, Mr. Dubin has received the highest rating (AV Preeminent) from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, and he was recently recognized and included in 2015 Long Island’s Top AV Rated Lawyers. Mr. Dubin has been published and he has lectured in his areas of practice. In addition, Mr. Dubin currently serves as a Trustee of the Parrish Art Museum, and on the Board of Directors of Southampton Youth Services, Inc.
