Douglas C. Noble
Since earning his law degree in 1996, Doug has primarily focused his career on bankruptcy reorganization and commercial insolvency matters. He regularly represents debtors, committees, and creditors and claimants of all types in reorganization cases, as well as litigants in adversary proceedings and petitioning creditors in involuntary bankruptcy cases. His practice also includes commercial litigation, financing and purchase and sale transactions both in and outside of bankruptcy, as well as loan workouts, out-of-court liquidations, foreclosures, construction and other lien disputes.
Doug grew up in Indianola, Mississippi. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993 and his Juris Doctor in 1996 from the University of Mississippi. During law school, he was a member of the Mississippi Law Journal, where he served as Associate Editor of Mississippi Cases, and a member of the Moot Court Board.
