His intellectual property practice includes infringement and misappropriation of intellectual property rights, including trademarks and trade names, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary or confidential information. He also serves as local California counsel for out-of-state individuals and companies in business and intellectual property matters filed in state and federal courts.
