E. RICHARDS BRABHAM, III graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a major in Psychology and minor in English in 1999, and earned his J.D from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. Mr. Brabham is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Brabham is also an active member of The Episcopal Church of the Ascension, the Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club, and Knox Heritage. His primary areas of practice for both corporate and individual clients include commercial, real estate and corporate litigation, banking law, commercial loan closings, secured transactions, creditors’ rights, collections, foreclosures, real estate and personal property leasing matters, estate planning and probate administration, and property owners’ association law. Mr. Brabham’s practical experience also includes resolution of real estate title defects, mineral rights, construction issues, and lien priority disputes.
