Mr. Mazel’s practice is concentrated on Chapter 11 bankruptcies, creditor’s rights, landlord/tenant disputes, and commercial litigation. Mr. Mazel has represented national, regional, and local banks as well as national businesses and other lenders. Mr. Mazel has significant experience negotiating and documenting workouts, including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and settlements.
