ELIZABETH A. KENNY received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Seton Hall University. Ms. Kenny obtained her degrees while attending the Evening Divisions of the Universities and holding a full-time position as a Judicial Secretary in the Superior Courts of New Jersey. She was the Evening Division Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Ms. Kenny was admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1993 and the United States Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2010. Ms. Kenny served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel J. O'Hern, Supreme Court of New Jersey, from 1993-1994. She then joined the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New Jersey as a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Law from 1994-1999.
